So I’m the type of person who needs to eat every 2-3 hours, which means my days are filled with snacks.  One of my favorites? Kiwi, with skim milk ricotta cheese, topped with honey.  I have a major sweet tooth, so this helps me get my sweet fix and stay relatively healthy!

1 Kiwi
2 Tbsp Skim milk Ricotta
2 Tbsp Honey
